About Us
Impact International is a non-profit organization designed to leave a legacy for the next generation. Impact works in transforming lives and nations through mentoring, coaching, education, training, spiritual passion, entrepreneurship, micro enterprise and other creative ways, utilizing ‘outside of the box’ models. Impact is on the move. We are currently mobilizing and impacting domestically and internationally with ongoing projects in the United States, Zimbabwe, India and Mexico with other nations opening up to us each year

The Board Of Impact
The day to day operations of Impact are conducted by Alastair Geddes and assisted by his wife Carol. Both are Impact International board members.
Ngwiza Mnkandla - a Zimbabwean and ‘son’ of founder Alastair Geddes serves on the Impact board. He continues as an overseer to Faith Ministries in Zimbabwe founded by Alastair in 1976. Ngwiza currently serves as President of DAWN International and based in Orlando, Florida
Wayne Drewry - CEO of Wayne Drewry Custom Homes in Virginia, has been mentored by Alastair for the past three years and has visited India with Impact in 2006. He serves as an elder in his local church in Newport News, Virginia.
Brent VanNorman – Brent has a diverse background having been trained as a CPA, Pastor and attorney. He currently is employed as a lawyer with a leading Norfolk, VA firm. He is an elder in his local church.
Funding & Finance
Impact does not actively solicit donations from individuals. We believe that tithing is a local church obligation. Impact has a small group of faithful contributors who believe in the work Impact has undertaken to mentor the next generation, deposit a seed and leave a legacy. The Board of Impact has undertaken to finance the day to day expenses of Impact, thus allowing a large percentage of gifts received from donors to be directed to the operations and mission of Impact. There is no compensation received by any board member (traveling expenses are covered for operational travel for the founder)
