National Transformation Through Kingdom Endowment

 Q: What is national transformation?

A: Hundreds of third world nations are in dire need.  The needs include: food, AIDS, orphanages (over 2 million orphans in Zimbabwe, Africa), farming, water, churches – through the Impact Endowment Fund we can and will transform nations

Q: How can Impact finance such a large need?

A: Through our CAKE model. Creating A Kingdom Endowment

Q: What is a Kingdom Endowment Fund?

A; The church historically is a local entity with worldwide opportunities.  The church has largely known only how to SPEND money while businesses, colleges, hospitals etc. have SAVED money and leveraged it to better effect. This is called an endowment. Impact has created a Kingdom Endowment that utilizes invested funds for better return through its business model.

Q: How does Impact plan to fund the endowment?

A: Through Kingdom Add-On

Q: What is Kingdom Add-On and how does it work?

A: Everyone has a set income each month.  This income is already spoken for, 10% to the church, the rest on daily living.  The monthly paycheck leaves little left over for Kingdom assignments and that is where Kingdom Add-On comes in.  Here are two actual real examples of how Kingdom Add-On works

ADD A HOUSE!

Wayne (Impact Board Member) is a custom home builder in Virginia. He builds six homes per year currently. From the six homes he builds he gives to his church and takes care of his family. WAYNE WILL BUILD HOUSE #7 AND GIVE IT TO THE KINGDOM ENDOWMENT FUND AS AN ADD-ON.  The  Kingdom Add-On model utilizes all the talents and expertise of Wayne and after all hard and soft costs are taken out the 100% PROFIT IS GIVEN TO IMPACT FOR THE KINGDOM ENDOWMENT FUND

House Add-on
Cost of construction = $250,000

·        Labor

·        Land

·        Materials

·        Filings

·        Design Costs etc.

Sales price to buyer = $325,000

Net to Impact Kingdom Endowment Fund = $75,000 (numbers are only used as an example and may vary )

Douglas M is an example of how the national population can assist in national transformation in their own country through Kingdom Add-On

Douglas owns 300 acres of land. He grows roses on 10 acres. He sends the roses from Africa to Holland.  Douglas was approached about Kingdom Add-On to fund The Kingdom Endowment. He was positive and ready to participate. Here’s how!

ADD AN ACRE!

Douglas has all the land, he has all the water, he has all the labor – he has all he needs to grow a Kingdom acre! He takes out all the costs – irrigation, labor, fertilizer, cost of plants etc and what remains is ADD-ON.  From the original 5 acres he gives to his church and takes care of his family – the ADD-ON is KINGDOM!
 Acre Example

It is a simple working model. Just ADD to your existing business and give the profits to the endowment fund for national transformation

Q: Why are you so sure this works?

A:  Wayne builds houses, he knows his work, he has the labor in place, land available, he already has enough for his local church and his family – now it is time to advance the Kingdom. Kingdom minded people have a passion to extend the purposes of God via national transformation. It just makes sense.

Q: Can I participate in the Kingdom Endowment?

A: Yes, everyone can participate.  If you want to see nations transformed and have a Kingdom heart and you want to see the Kingdom of God advanced in practical ways you should participate

Q: Where does the money go?

A: Impact International is lean. By that I mean there no salaries paid, no official office, no building corporate building program and expenses are kept to a minimum. We have expenses of course and the Impact Board members have undertaken to finance the current expenses. This means that most of the Impact income goes directly to fund the national transformation programs

Q: How is the money managed?

A: The Kingdom Endowment Fund and the Kingdom Add-On are recent models of funding. We have a strong board of leaders including an attorney who are mature and proven Christian leaders in their own right. A group of financial planners is being assembled to assist with financial oversight. The greatest aspect of Impact International and the Kingdom Endowment Fund is no one person stands to gain. This is a Kingdom opportunity to transform nations and leave a legacy for the next generation.

Q: Is there an open policy related to money?

A: Yes! Anyone participating in The Kingdom Endowment Fund through Kingdom Add-On will be able to see how the money is spent and even participate in the spending of it. Impact International is not looking for money – we are looking to build Kingdom relationships, Kingdom passions that will produce Kingdom funds for Kingdom transformation. We are accountable to God AND to our Add-On participants!

Q: What projects of national transformation is Impact currently involved?

A: Zimbabwe!  This is a troubled nation and needs transformation. One of our board members is a Zimbabwean and the Impact founder has spent many years in the nation. A great team is in place in Zimbabwe to handle the Impact model of transformation, so this is the nation that will serve as our model. Our plans include: the establishment of The Zimbabwe Academy Of Entrepreneurship; establishing orphanages to work with over 2 million orphans in the nations, AIDS assistance through clinics and mobile units, feeding programs with our partners, church saturation with our partners in DAWN international and many more projects to transform the nation
