Legacy Properties:
Legacy Properties (dba Uttermost Properties LLC) has purchased an 8 acre parcel of land in Ocala, Florida

Impact International founder Alastair Geddes sourced a group of  Kingdom minded investors to invest in the project. Each investor purchased a share (many bought shares through equity credit lines on their properties). A total of 25 shares was made available.

Each investor purchased shares (maximum 3 shares) on the understanding that they were making a two-sided investment. First they would each receive a return (based on performance and not guaranteed) of 50% per year and secondly out of their gross profit they would GIVE 20% to IMPACT for the Kingdom Endowment .

From this one project alone IMPACT should receive $200,000 for Kingdom projects worldwide.

Entrepreneurship:
Legacy Properties is only one area for Kingdom Endowment funding.  There are many ways of endowing the work of the Kingdom and IMPACT plans to make full use of a variety of business models.

Micro-Enterprise:
IMPACT works with nationals around the world to assist in developing business models to assist them to ‘fish’  for themselves rather than ask for ‘fish ‘ from others. IMPACT sometimes gives money for business development, sometimes loans money and on occasion may purchase a business and develop it as an ongoing venture. In all instances the recipient is obligated to be productive in that business and also give back to the IMPACT vision – ‘leaving a legacy for the next generation’ (links to other sites here)
